Vernon Library Supplies

With 35 years of manufacturing experience in the library market, Vernon Library Supplies specializes in providing those products that are essential to any library. Vernon library supplies maintains a state of the art website based on the Magento Commerce platoform. The website fatures custom group pricing, quantity price breaks, click web 2.0 ajax interface and more.

Vernon library supplies contracted Simplicity Consulting to integrate the website with MAS 200 using the IN-SYNCH module by ROI-Cousulting. After the intrgration the website and MAS 200 are seamlessly integrated. When the accounting department updates a price or a discount in MAS within seconds the update propegates to the website. When a customer places an order on the website within seconds a sales order is created in MAS.

The integration was done by building a custom module php/MySql and then optimizing it for real time performance. Integration was completed on a very tight deadline.

Klean Kanteen

Klean Kanteen has grown over the past five years from a tiny, upstart company to a leader in the stainless beverage bottle industry. During this time, they've also taken significant steps toward lowering environmental footprint through consideration and adjustments in every aspect of their facilities and practices.

Klean Kanteen is running a high volume e-commerce website using a cgi based cart from PDG-Commerce. Simplicity Consulting was contracted to integrate the website with the MAS200 corporate accounting system. Using the In-Synch product from ROI-Consulting Simplicity was able to develop a real time order and inventory synchronization solution for Klean Kanteen. As always - on time and under budget!

Artison

Artison was launched in January 2003 by Cary Christie, one of the world's most respected loudspeaker designers. In founding Artison, Mr. Christie continues to push the technology envelope, as the company demonstrates its expertise by developing technological innovations that enhance consumers' home audio and video enjoyment.

Simplicity Consulitng was hired to connect Artison with Crutchfiled a leader in mail order electronics and hi-fi equipment. Simplicity Consulting and ROI-Consulting teamed together to provide and end to end solution for drop shipping. Orders are placed at Crutchfiled, transmitted electronically to Artison and confirmations are transmitted electronically to Crutchfield. The solution was developed within weeks and - under budget.

Lindsay Philips - SwitchFlops

http://www.switchflops.com) is an innovative flip-flop design using Velcro to create one shoe with many straps–unlimited choices with minimal effort. This simple, yet brilliant innovation was the birth of SwitchFlops. Switchflops is running a full featured e-commerce solution based on the PHP X-Cart running on Linux and MySql. Simplicity was contracted to synchronize the orders and inventory between the web store and the windows based accounting system. Simplicity Consulting worked with ROI consuliting and developed a custom solution for real time order and inventory synchronization.

 

Bragg Live Foods

Bragg (http://www.bragg.com) is leading web store for health products and books. Bragg is running a full featured e-commect website based on a PHP Zen-Cart using a BSD server and MySql database. Simplicity was contracted to help the web team at Bragg and and accounting department to send orders from the website directly to the accounting system (MAS 200). Simplicity Consulting worked with ROI consuliting and developed a custom solution for real time order synchronization.

 

PanDigital

PanDigital is a leading manufacturer of digital picture frames. Simplicity consulting has created a customized product portal for PanDigital to allow customized products to be orderd by clients and fulfilled by PanDigital. The system integrates with CommerceHub and is built in ASP.Net 3.0 using Visual Studio 2008.

LocalWorldNumber

LocalWorldNumber is a telecommunications product that allows users to have an access number that is local in one country and is forwarded to a second country. Simplicity Consulting developed the database and billing system for the product. Simplicity Consulting created a bi-lingual e-commerce website to handle the sale and provisioning of the server, interfacing both with a credit card processing system and the Asterisk telephony system. In addition, Simplicity Consulting created a back office manager for telemarketing registrations and client management. The solution was built in ASP.Net 2.0 and 1.1 using C# and MS-SQL server.

International Student Organization of America

International Student Organization of America is an insurance company geared toward students studying away from their home country.

Simplicity Consulting developed an internal Windows application as well an E-commerce website built from scratch in .Net using C#, ASP.Net 3.5 and SQL server 2005. The applications facilitate most of the transactions conducted in the business - including client relations, billing, vendor payment, transaction processing, customer service etc. isoa.org is currently a very successful web site serving thousands of students worldwide.

The solution was also spun off to create isoabroad.com targeting American students studying abroad.

SeeJaneWork

See Jane work is a dynamic e-commerce company specializing in unique office gifts.
Simplicity Consulting integrated the current e-commerce website with a corporate accounting system by transmitting incoming orders to the accounting system in real time. This integration was done in a few short weeks - right before the holiday shopping season. With the new system in place See Jane Work replaced hours of manual order entry with an automatic process.

Simplicity Consulting helped 422 group with payment processing integration using QuickBooks merchant services and synchronization of online transaction with QuickBooks using web services platform and a custom programmed windows client application.
